Football Team Information:

2009 Season will be played in the North American Football League.

The NAFL is a level of adult football that allows players to develop their skills or simply participate for the love of the game. Although they market as a minor league, they are recognized as an amateur league and a developmental league for many collegiate and professional teams. This vision is is consistent in the entire structure of the NAFL.

The NAFL is entering into it's ninth season of existence. League President Robert F. Licopli began this endeavor when he realized that there are tens of thousands of people invovled in semi-pro and adult football throughout the United States. Each group was operating independently of each other. Mistakes were being repeated year in and year out. One of the goals of Licopoli was to create a best practices guide and educate team owners about how to operate a team successfully. In less than five years the NAFL proved itself and is quickly becoming recognized as a viable developmental league for the colleges and pros. Licopoli's leadership has also proven to be invaluable to executives and coaches at all levels of football.

The NAFL maintains a national presence with over 140 teams. Communication is maintained with its 4 conferences, 8 regions, 32 divisions and it's almost 6,000+ members on a regular basis. The post season playoff bracket contains America's top teams where they can compete for the national championship title. The NAFL's goal is to franchise its teams and besomce the McDonald's of minor league football. In its first year the NAFL accomplished the goal of creating anational playoff structure. This is remarkable due to the fact that it expected to take five years to accpmlish this task. The next step was to raise capital necessary to pay for playoff travel for teams that make the posot season play. In 2007 the NAFL Championship game was held in Las Vegas Nevada. 2008's was held in Atlanta Georgia. The four years prior to 2007 the Championship game was held at the Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Florida. The NAFL is andofficial partner of NFL Alumni Caring For Kids. The league, teams, players, coaches, cheerleaders and staff dedicate their time to giving back to local communities.
